Why choose R.G Wellness and Care?
Because you deserve to be seen as a person, not a diagnosis or a list of needs.
R.G Wellness and Care was founded in memory of my dad, Randy Geoffrey, and built on the kindness and compassion he taught me. I bring years of experience supporting children, adults and seniors, along with a belief that connection can make a difference.
Whether you come to spend time with the horses or need care and support at home, we’ll take time to learn what matters to you.

Our Service Categories
Equine Companionship Sessions – $60 per hour
Spend quiet, unhurried time with a horse in a calm, judgment-free space. Sessions may include sitting or walking alongside the horse, gentle grooming, mindful breathing, learning horse body language, and building trust and connection at your own pace. No riding or horse experience is required—just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and be present.
8-Week Equine Assisted Learning – $480
Our 8-Week Equine Assisted Learning Program is a structured, hands-on, ground-based program where participants learn and grow alongside horses—no riding required.
Through grooming, leading, observing horse behaviour, mindfulness, and activities, participants develop:
- ❤️ Confidence and self-esteem
🧠 Emotional regulation and self-awareness
💬 Communication and social skills
🤝 Trust, boundaries, and relationship-building
🌿 Mindfulness and coping skills
🧩 Problem-solving and independence
Who is this program for?
- This program can benefit children, youth, individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, or low confidence, and anyone looking to build life skills in a calm, supportive environment.
The horse becomes a partner in learning, helping participants discover confidence, connection, and skills they can carry into everyday life.
